Navigate to your Dashboard and click "Add Connector." Select Zendesk from the list of available services, then follow the OAuth flow to authorize Synkonic to access your Zendesk data. Once connected, your first backup will begin automatically based on your configured schedule.

Backup frequency depends on your plan. The Starter plan includes daily backups, the Professional plan offers backups every 6 hours, and the Enterprise plan provides near-real-time continuous backup. You can also trigger on-demand backups at any time from the dashboard or via the API.

Yes. Synkonic provides granular restore capabilities. You can browse your backups, search for specific records (tickets, loops, documents), and restore individual items without affecting the rest of your data. Point-in-time restore is also available on Professional and Enterprise plans.

Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256. Each account has its own encryption keys, and we follow industry best practices for key management. We are SOC 2 Type II compliant and adhere to GDPR requirements.

If you cancel your subscription, your backup data is retained for 30 days, giving you time to export anything you need. After the 30-day retention period, all data is securely deleted. You can export your data at any time before deletion.

Custom backup schedules are available on Professional and Enterprise plans. You can configure the frequency, timing, and specific data types included in each backup job. Contact our support team for help setting up custom schedules.

Go to Dashboard > Settings > Team Members and click "Invite." Enter the team member's email address and assign a role (Admin, Member, or Viewer). They will receive an email invitation to join your Synkonic workspace.
